The hotel has organized and clean premises. The staff is respectful. I noticed a variety of food options. The reception team was amazing (especially Ahmed Naser and Reda)! I really appreciate this level of attention. The hotel really makes you feel special.

I think that beach and pool towels, placed in the room, require guests to carry them to the beach. Then guests need to bring towels back to the room to change them.

The staff were really nice too ensure all needs were met. Servers were attentive, promptly addressing requests and maintaining a clean environment. The concierge was helpful in arranging transportation and providing information about local attractions. I found the service really good.

i especially appreciated the birthday surprises, like the beachfront room upgrade and a delicious cake. the staff, including mr reda and mr nasr, were very attentive. getting around the resort was easy due to the readily available club cars. the heated pool was a welcome bonus for comfortable swimming (i really enjoyed it!).

the resort lacked variety in its food options. though healthy and tasty, the limited choices became repetitive over my stay. more diverse culinary options would enhance the dining experience (i believe).

The staff were cute. i specifically want to mention mosaad and mohammed at the pool bar. mustafa the chef also made excellent food. the desserts were delicious too thanks to him. The effort to engage in conversation was appreciated.

i experienced a slight delay during check-in. it took a little longer than expected to get settled.

my room had A DISTINCT problem. THE AIR CONDITIONING unit was excessively noisy, preventing restful sleep. i Requested repair, but the issue remained unresolved . this impacted my overall experience negatively.

the staff were very attentive. they offered drinks near the pool, instead of requiring guests to go to the bars. the english pub had a good atmosphere, pool table, and ping pong. the all inclusive options included excellent food and drinks. breakfast offered eggs, mashed potatoes, pancakes and more. the mini bar included many items upon arrival. room cleaning was perfect.

The resort has three pools . one pool is quiet, one pool has activities, and one pool is for families. a well-equipped gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes for exercise. the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach. It is very convenient.

Staff members were always available around the pool area. They asked if i wanted drinks. the hotel offered a turkish hammam experience. i also had a facial! it was the best facial i've ever had. I appreciated the great service.
